SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Standard delivery across Egypt takes 3–5 business days. Cairo & Giza express options may be available at checkout.
Same-Day and Second-Day Delivery orders must be placed before 9:00 PM to count from the same day.
For multi-piece orders, partial acceptance with the courier is not available. You must either receive the full order and request a return later for the item(s) you wish to return, or refuse the entire order with the courier.
Shipping fees, available delivery methods, and estimated timelines are shown clearly before payment.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping fee is EGP 85 and is deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
