1) Online Payments

Experience a seamless and secure checkout using Egypt's leading payment gateway. We accept:

  • Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Meeza.

  • ApplePay

  • OFFSURGE E-Gift Cards: Simply enter your unique gift card code at checkout to apply your balance.

2) InstaPay & Manual Wallet Transfers

For a direct transfer via InstaPay or your preferred mobile wallet:

  1. Complete your order on our website.

  2. Send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to our official WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

  3. Our team will verify the transaction within 12 hours and update your order status for immediate fulfillment.

3) Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all governorates in Egypt.

  • Verification Call: To ensure the highest level of service, all COD orders require a mandatory verification call from our team. Please ensure your phone number is active; orders that cannot be verified within 48 hours will be canceled.

4) Installments

While we do not offer direct installments, our logistics partners (Bosta and Shipblu) provide flexible payment options at your doorstep. You may inquire with the courier representative upon delivery regarding their specific installment plans.

Discounts & E-Gift Cards

  • Promotional Codes: Enter your code in the "Discount code" field during checkout. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order.

  • E-Gift Cards: These act as digital currency and can be combined with shipping promotions, but cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Privacy & Security: Your billing information must match the details on your payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not pass our security verification to protect our customers from fraud.
