InstaPay & Manual Wallet Transfers
For a direct transfer through InstaPay or your preferred mobile wallet, please follow these steps:
Complete your order on our website.
Send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to our official WhatsApp.
Our team will verify the transaction within 12 hours and update your order status for fulfillment.
Cash on Delivery
OFFSURGE offers Cash on Delivery for eligible orders across Egypt.
- All COD orders require a verification call from our team.
- Please make sure your phone number is active and correct.
- Orders that cannot be verified within 48 hours may be canceled.
Installments
OFFSURGE does not currently offer direct installments through the website.
Some courier or logistics partners may offer payment options at your doorstep. You may ask the courier representative upon delivery about any available installment options.
Discounts & E-Gift Cards
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field during checkout.
E-Gift Cards can be combined with shipping promotions.
E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Privacy & Security
Your billing information must match the details on your payment method. To protect our customers from fraud, OFFSURGE reserves the right to cancel orders that do not pass our security verification.

أرسل Screenshot لتأكيد الدفع على واتساب الرسمي الخاص بنا.
سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة التحويل خلال 12 ساعة وتحديث حالة الأوردر للتجهيز والشحن.
الدفع عند الاستلام
OFFSURGE توفر الدفع عند الاستلام للأوردرات المؤهلة داخل مصر.
- كل أوردرات الدفع عند الاستلام تحتاج إلى مكالمة تأكيد من فريقنا.
- برجاء التأكد من أن رقم الهاتف صحيح ومتاح.
- الأوردرات التي لا يمكن تأكيدها خلال 48 ساعة قد يتم إلغاؤها.
التقسيط
OFFSURGE لا توفر تقسيط مباشر من خلال الموقع حاليًا.
بعض شركات الشحن أو شركاء التوصيل قد يوفرون اختيارات دفع عند الباب. يمكنك سؤال مندوب الشحن عند التوصيل عن أي اختيارات تقسيط متاحة.
الخصومات وكروت الهدايا
أدخل الكود في خانة “Discount code” أثناء الدفع.
يمكن استخدام كروت الهدايا مع عروض الشحن.
لا يمكن استخدام كارت هدايا لشراء كارت هدايا آخر.
الخصوصية والأمان
يجب أن تتطابق بيانات الفوترة مع بيانات وسيلة الدفع. لحماية عملائنا من الاحتيال، تحتفظ OFFSURGE بحق إلغاء أي أوردر لا يجتاز فحص الأمان.
