Data Deletion

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information controlled by OFFSURGE. It applies to information connected with your OFFSURGE account, orders, use of our website, customer-support interactions, and communications with OFFSURGE through an authorized third-party platform.

How to submit a request

Email support@offsurge.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please provide only the information reasonably needed to locate the relevant records, such as:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or phone number used with OFFSURGE;
  • an order number or account email, if the request concerns an order or account;
  • the relevant platform and your username or handle, if the request concerns a social-media or messaging interaction; and
  • a brief description of the information or interaction you want us to review.

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials. OFFSURGE will never need those credentials to process a deletion request.

Identity verification

To protect personal information from unauthorized deletion, OFFSURGE may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to make the request. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary for that purpose.

What happens after a request

After any necessary verification, OFFSURGE will review the relevant systems under its control. Personal information under OFFSURGE’s control will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information remains subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and will not be kept for an unrelated purpose.

Deletion requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may contact you if we need reasonable clarification to identify the relevant information.

Third-party platforms

A third-party platform, such as a social-media or messaging service, may independently control information stored in its own systems. A request to OFFSURGE covers information under OFFSURGE’s control; it does not automatically delete information controlled by the third-party platform. You may need to use that platform’s own privacy or deletion tools for information it controls.
